1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Transformer Couch website (the "Site") and purchasing our modular furniture products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our modular couches. However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to digital display settings and the unique nature of fabric batches. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, materials, and pricing without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a financing option (e.g., Afterpay) is selected. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
4. Delivery & Logistics
Transformer Couch offers free standard delivery to most metro areas in Australia. Delivery is performed by third-party logistics partners. Modules are shipped in individual boxes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that someone is available to receive the shipment if required. Surcharges may apply for remote regions or re-delivery attempts.
5. 1-Year Warranty
Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the solid wood frame and structural hardware of each sofa module. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and residential use. It does not cover normal fabric wear, pilling, softening of foam, or damage caused by improper cleaning, pet misuse, or commercial use.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once delivered, modular furniture may be returned within 30 days, provided the items are in as-new condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transformer Couch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, logos, designs, and images, is the property of Transformer Robotics Pte. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
